At least most of my posts here on digital point are on topic discussing the ODP rather then off topic discussing the posters! Which is something you can not say is it? *sigh*

There is also the point of you bringing that up time & time & time again, yet I didn't break any rules on the ODP...and the only rules I ever broke here on DP was calling people names when they won't stop bringing me up in thread after thread after thread when *I* am not the topic of the discussion.

So, erm, who is in the wrong here. Me discussing the ODP, or you discussing me? I know that I have issues with DMOZ, but at least I'm not obsessing over another guy...

I'm glad DMOZ is gone. It's worthless and useless.
and like Rob mentioned, it was the same type of copied content that Panda was suppose to get rid of.

I simply find your manic obsession with Dmoz, readily apparent in your posting record, to be one of the funniest things about this forum.
Just odd... I've got a 10yr+ history w/ that dir, but have just over 500 posts in that section to your 2670.

You spent maybe an hour total working in it, now waste more time talking about it than I'd spend talking to a close friend who's contemplating suicide.

Your obsession owns you. Imagine what you might have done spending the same time on something useful. Now you can't even sell the sigs. Karma's a bitch. :p

It's a good thing imo... When was the last time anyone used a directory to find a site they needed vs. using search?

    Exactly.
Plus I'm tired of hearing all the hype about it. It's been worthless for a LONG time.

Seems to me they are hiring on more editors to get rid of the spam and to edit the categories.

Dont know why you would think that? We always welcome new Editors, assuming they fit the selection criteria. Building up the physical resources is one of the major problems with the directory......a lack of good, honest people applying to become Editors.

Erm, are you disagreeing they are getting new editors then? Cuz the rest of your post seems to actually agree...

Though, I would agree that HIRING is likely the wrong word...

As usual Q wants to scrutinise and analyse any statement so as to stir trouble:) He will of course deny this :)

Just note we do not hire

Just note we are not "hiring more".....we would simply be "hiring as usual"........ except hiring is an innapropriate word.

Indeed I do. But you never do right? That's why you disagreed with someone, then went on to say pretty much the same thing. *boggle*

Sorry, re-read the thread here & see who is the one stirring trouble...you'll plainly see it wasn't me.

Of course I will... your statement was false!!!!
