Shipping/ Customs Regulations for Movie DVD site?

    What are shipping/customs regulations for legal movie DVDs (not pirated)? Any taxes/ tariffs etc?

    The one receiving the DVD would be subjected to the customs regulations. The sender shouldn't need to worry.

    Which countries are you referring to ?

    If you are doing it as a business, you may need to apply for an export license but beyond that, there is nothing stopping you from sending DVDs. All taxes and custom regulations would be the responsibility of the one who orders.
