Well, that woman got what she deserved for questioning the president. I guess the "hotdogs and beans" days are seriously back for her family now eh? Maybe next time, she'll wise up, shut her mouth, and get a job with the government.
What's the tally now of people deserting Obama? - Robert Gibbs has reached his bullsh*t level and he's quitting the job of Press Secretary - Larry Summer, Director National Economic Council has quit - David Axelrod is leaving (that's a big one!) - Biden's Chief of Staff Ron Klain is leaving, he's been with Biden for 25 years - Deputy chiefs of staff Jim Messina and Mona Sutphen are leaving - Former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker quitting as Chairman of Obama's Economic Advisory Panel Volcker is a bi-partisan Democrat that tells it like it is, so he may have been asked to leave. While everyone else has been saying that the economy is recovering, last November Volcker said we're going to see a poor economy and double-digit unemployment for a long time. He doesn't blame politics, he blames the system (something that mindless tools like Breeze can't handle). There's usually a shakup in a President's staff after two years. But look at all the heavy-hitters from Obama's inner-circle that are leaving!
Failed members of the inner circle are expected to fall on their own sword. Its pretty standard. The real question is, will the next two years look like the last two years policy wise.
My understanding is that they are all leaving to go work on the re-election campaign. After all, that's what the next 2 years are all about. Getting Obama reelected.
"The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation" Senator Barack Obama, Dec. 20, 2007 I wonder if that is yet another statement Obama wants to take back. I'm thinking of Obama authorizing the Navy to bomb Libya this week with 122 Tomahawk missiles. Isn't that an act of war? An act of war without Congress' consent? Is Obama yet again using the Constitution for toilet paper?
Gallop has Obama's approval rating at a new low of just 40%: http://www.gallup.com/poll/148739/Obama-Approval-Drops-New-Low.aspx "President Obama's job approval rating is at a new low, averaging 40% in July 26-28 Gallup Daily tracking. His prior low rating of 41% occurred several times, the last of which was in April. As recently as June 7, Obama had 50% job approval"
There has been tremendous pressure on the Administration from the Reactionary House - Obama will have to confront and redirect public opinion to the real cause of the nations problems that stem from the Republican Recession and their Policies and Principles that are the causal effects for the nations problems. The Administration needs to promote the solutions that are being generated by the legislations previously passed by the Democratic Congress that curtailed the Great Recession and continue with their path of Renewal.
Did Elvis tell you that??? Someone needs to tell Breeze that Elvis is as dead as the Democratic party. Know what's funny? Democrats like to cite Gallop, who has Obama's approval rating at a scant 40%. Meanwhile Rasmussen, which liberals like to call the tool of the Republican party, as Obama at 44%! Hey, Breeze, whatcha smokin' today? Here, is this better:
Welcome back Obamanation, good to see you're not in jail! I was working on the theory that Will.Spencer disappeared then we hear of the political shooting there just days after. You disappear and just days after we get Norway...I was starting to think we might not hear of you for 21 years...
It's long been my understanding that when you kill someone, it's vitally important to carry on as normal. Besides, we need to keep the liberals around, even electing them to office now and again to remind us of what failure looks like.
ah, so you mean you're really languishing in some Norwegian jail while your wife or friends chats here, or you got a computer snuck in?
Gallop has Obama's approval rating taking a beating at an all-time low of just 39%. This is the lowest point in his presidency.
According to Gallop, the President's approval rating on the economy is 26%, an all-time low. His overall job approval rating is 40% and expected to drop below 35% by next month.
