Hi! I have a problem, and I hope it will be fixed:

I am unable to buy premium from my country, because paypal is not accepted. Last month I contacted support, and they extended my premium account with money from my earnings account.

My premium account is about to expire on 2. August. I already sent two emails regarding this, one on 25 or 26.7 and one yesterday, and I sent PM to 'OronSupport' @wj yesterday. Still no response from anywhere.

I'm scarred that my account will expire and my material will be erased, and that would be really bad because I just started getting some sales from my new material.

What should I do, and who should I contact ?

Thats a Ridiculous situation. 0ron support is a bit slower than other hosts supporters. May be its the time to 0ron to employ a dedicated user for support.

I asked a qn yesterday, till now i didnt get any reply too.

please send us remainder mail to extend the premium acc. 1 week before it expires.

When i can receive my payment? Yesterday it was "PENDING" now its "APPROVED" but not "PAID"

Oron deleted some my files ( I think 4 or 5 files) and I didn't reserve warning I just reserve warning from site where I upload that files that my topic is moved to trash because my links don't work
Most of that files have name solo and some number, can that be reason of deleting. I am new on oron and I just want to know what can be reasons of for deleting files to be more careful in future

Not odd at all - it's the end of the month and also summer holiday season. Pretty same with me - lot of year premiums but less montly premiums and monthly rebills. Don't worry, those people will eventualy come back. You'll probably see a "rush" of rebills in the first 10 days of August. If your download count didn't change, no reason to worry about
