idiot keeps clicking ads and downloading viruses He goes to inapropriate sites...because he has no life and wont get a job and thinks he can be a pro gamer...even tho he never plays games and only smokes weed and talks to an internet flame on the phone.... While online in his desperate search websites he does stupid things.... Then something even more stupid, he clicks the ad which leads to a site with 1 billion popups... the idiot thinks he can get an at home job through the ads...so he clicks them...then another pops up that says "Your computer has a history of porn on it you may want to delete this to save your pride click here to download the perfect solution!" Idiot clicks it... I tried adding a password manager for sites with strong nudity or language content but...the father complained of having to type a password everytime. So what now??? Im thinking of download a parental control option. We have different accounts on the computer...but im tired of cleaning the computer so others can use it... SOLUTIONS??? Other than telling the idiot and beating him senseless... This is not my computer but my roommates fathers...and he pays for theinternet so the entire household gets equal use of it. And the idiot is babied so he gets his way... but i think if i can block the sites and we all play it off like the computer wont work...it'll work.
Can you explain to "the idiot"? Tell him to never click ads or something? This sounds like an annoying problem... Maybe get a program to block out ads?
Pop up blocker wont block all his ads. ive downloaded all sorts. And We have explained it...he claims he never does or he says that they're not ads =.= Trying to find a software that only blocks sites on one specific users account in xp. No success yet.
