What's the best contact form plugin these days?

  1. #1
    I need to put a form on a WP site and was looking at plugins to do it. I need it to do "name", "email", "phone", and "class" fields, rather than name, subject, and message. So I need some customization options that some plugins lack.

    Anyone know a good plugin for that? There are a bunch out there but it's harder than I thought to find the best one!

    Agreed thats what I use on my site cuz I had to add a field for pic upload and mp3 upload and it works great

    Thanks for the suggestions! They all look good. I'm trying Contact Form 7 first and I'll try the others if necessary.

    If you try using gravity it has loads of other options and customization and even paypal integration..

    Contact form 7 is kind of tough to customize. Moreover, there are so many fields to set there that most of the time I get confused. The UI is too complicated.

    I use two. Contact Form 7 is a good basic one, and I have that on several sites. For some though, I need a captcha and extra fields, so for those I use Fast Secure Contact Form by Mike Challis. (It's at version 3.0.3.1 as of this post date.)

    Fast Secure Contact Form has an editable multi-form feature, optional extra fields, and the ability to redirect the user to a specific page after they send the message to you.
