    Hi. When I try to enter the web site "www.filesonic.com", I see a message "We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (......) and have been temporarily blocked." I have a filesonic premium account and I can't use it for a while. What should I do ? Please help me. Thank You already now.

    Someone reported the issue yesterday... It is a small problem with advanced stats that will be fixed soon

    The "Statistics" page is always the most accurate one.

    IF it responds, it takes a long time.

    Firefox:
    The server at a4.filesonic.com is taking too long to respond.

    IE:
    502 Bad Gateway

    Filesonic counts all downloads from the same IP address, i think the downloader have partially downloaded or using a download manager which is not recommended by filesonic.

    In your file manager check whether those files got download count like 1, if its 0 then its not downloaded. I have remote uploaded many files from filesonic at a time (same IP address of server) and I always see download count 1 so I don't think filesonic not counting, surely something wrong from downloader's side.
