looking hosting for this Requirements

    I need cheap hosting and can pay per month hosting
    Web Hosting Requirements:
    - PHP 4.0 with sockets module and dom xml module
    - Apache server with modrewrite module

    There are several affordable hosts. I would not go with the cheapest because they probably won't have the best support.

    take alook at blackhostess.com i have been with them for 6 years and never really had a problem there family run and great for support my account is fully unlocked and have control over all php.ini files and .htaccess comes with cpanel 10.

    i have the reseller package tons of space lol my www.spotcream.com is hosted by them and many others
