    its totally depend on your keyword..i optimized lots of sites..and its have 1 pages and some on 1st position..

    Well, this is why, I think the future of SEO is not a steady one :)
    BTW no one will give you a 100% money back guarantee for doing SEO of your site. If you really find one, then either he/she is wasting your or their own time :)
    IMO better to learn it by yourself from the expert comments here by the professionals and do on your own.

    Money back guarantee in SEO is rare and very risky on the service provider's end. I've done plenty of SEO services for clients and can do that for sure but it will take time.
