    Install a new style, design your own logo and change the favicon. Create your forum unique identity first.

    And don't create to much forum and subforum. It just make your forum looks dead. :)

    Can't agree more! New forum should start with minimum threads and categories. Build it up first, get more members and activities going first. You can always split/merge/move them to reorganize them.
