    the header is nice as many people liked it.
    the navigation menu i think that the more simpler is easier to navigate.

    Not a bad website, a few things though.

    Maybe collapse the right side navigation for the episodes into a tree structure with the navigation you have in the header.

    Also move the latest video (episode) to the front page, that's probably what most people are searching for.
