chris why are you blocking accounts randomly without any reason? One program I invested got his alertpay blocked by you without any reason, his program is still paying till now and he continues to pay us only with alertpay that he is not paying us because you blocked his account. Now my $960 is stucked with his alertpay and I can't do anything but wait for your turtle style way of resolving disputes. PLEASE BE REAL AND DON' T SCAM US ordinary people.

    Business 101 from Alertpay:

Make all means off withdraw impossible than increase the bank-wire fee. The fee is know $20.

It still shows as $15 on the withdraw page but when you make the transfer it takes $20.

Friends and Alertpay Team.... My Hello to Everyone!!!
My name is Rohit from INDIA and I have good 8 year experience in hardcore sales and taking and making payments online... I have used Paypal and Alertpay both I will give you my view on both of them.

    1) Both Paypal And Alertpay are 100% legitimate company.
    2) If Alertpay or paypal blocks your account, If you provide them the relevant information they need they will straight away unblock your account.
    3) No company wants to BLOCK your money because they will know if they do so you will go Crazy and you would wright bad comments about the company and the company's GOODWILL will be hampered, But they do it just our security.

Let me give you a very small Example -

You go to a movie hall today to watch a movie with your gf and the security is too tight... and they check you and your gf for 15 minutes... then you say ... what a bloody shit security people wasted 15 minutes and the movie 15 minutes were missed...
After few days due to pressure from people like you they reduced the security time check from 15 minutes to 1 minute....
AND after few days there was a BOMB BLAST and some one close to you died... and you shouted and cried and said that the movie hall's security is SHIT.
Over here ALERTPAY is the "movie hall" let them do all the security checks because its for your security only:

Now only a literate man will understand what I am trying to say in the ABOVE example an illiterate man would just crib.

Human Mentality- "You are never happy with what you have" & "You always runs after something which you don't have"

We should be happy that there are companies like PAYPAL and ALERTPAY which have changed our lives and given us a chance to make money from small business....

Once Paypal Blocked my $650 and they said I can get my money back in 180 days, So I waited for 140 days and I called them and said that there has been no charge backs so please give my $650 and I got that money

Since then I have been using Alertpay they are a little slow as compared to paypal in transactions however they are very good company:

I have no complaints again Alertpay and I wish you grow faster and bigger.

If anyone has any doubt regarding legitimacy of alertpay Contact me I will show you my transactions from last 1 year with them

    Rohit Sati

    Mobile-0091 9953444361

    MY FEW SUGGESTIONS TO ALERTPAY:
Make the "Customers Services" 24X7 ( Most Imp)
Work on getting debit card for Indian users as well.
Most of the time when you buy something online you can see paypal logo to pay you don't see alertpay logo to pay in many websites(Work on that)

Problem is I called them and they told me to just email them instead of calling them. What kind of professionalism is that?

Trouble is epassporte was legit and far larger that alertpay, all of a sudden they are gone and so was my money.

Alertpay support is far far worse than epassporte's too. This is the support thread and look at the replies, they just ignore most of the questions.

There is nowhere to spend alertpay, it's not even comparable to paypal.

Without a debit card there is no point of it existing for me. Stopping the old debit cards with out first provisioning the new ones was a big mess up for them, many are not happy.

where are the main alertpay forums since they no longer seem to come here??

why is there not more fuss about alertpay shutting off most of the withdrawal methods??

the new cards have turned up, but they are not active so for now the funds are trapped in alertpay and nowhere actually takes this as payment like paypal so effectively for now the money is lost?

    Hi Everyone!

AlertPay is happy to announce that you can now activate your temporary AlertPay PrePaid Cards!

As of today you can start using the cards! To activate them simply login to your account and activate the card the same way you did for the old card.

Also to let everyone know, we apologize for not answering you guys in the forums over the last little while. Summer has been pretty busy with people on vacation, and a lot going on at AlertPay. Starting now we will be paying more attention here and helping you meet your payment processing needs!
