So I was looking to select a domain name but wanted to see what would be better for SEO to rank in Google. Suggestions would be appreciated.

    • Crazy-Recipes.com
    • CrazyRecipesGuide.com
    • CrazyRecipes.co

Well it all depends what keywords you're trying to rank for. But I think that CrazyRecipesGuide.com is the best domain to buy out of those 3 choices.

If you could provide more information on what it is you are trying to rank for maybe we could help you make the better choice.

I agree with metaseo, dashes are brutal and to this day I don't think I have seen a .co in the wild so they seem pretty useless as well.

i would go with CrazyRecipesGuide. this has your target keywords in it plus "guide" which makes sense to the human being who is gonna visit ur site. always make sure u satisfy the human reader first. the search engines will pick u up if your content is good for the reader. u could even have hhuyy7677.com but if your content is targeted and makes sense to the reader, google will index your page for the particle article or content. remember google DOES NOT rank websites. google ranks pages on a website! very important distinction to understand. good luck.

domains with hyphens should be the last option in case of utmost necessity, you should try the domain name(if available) without hyphens.

    hi asadmoeen,

if you are targeting the keyword "Recipes Guide" then i would suggest you to have the keyword without "-".

if you have "-" in your domain name then it looks bit spam-my. :)

i would suggest to have the keyword as the prefix. example : RecipesGuideforbeginners.com . what do you say ?

    kindest,
    abhishek

CrazyRecipesGuide.com is definitely the right domain name. A user tends to remember a simple site name rather than a site with some special words or character. Some sites even don't welcome the suspicious URLs. So go for crazyreciepesguide.com without any hassle.

what they said. avoid dashes and also avoid non-dotcoms if possible.
