Is there a reason why you cannot switch registrars?

Are they not giving you the EPP?

For you to initiate a domain transfer, you have to get the EPP (authorization) code from your current registrar. You need to supply this code to the new registrar you want to transfer to. Be aware that without this code, a domain transfer will not be possible.

    Steps:
    1. Send and email or support ticket to your current registrar and request the EPP code.
    2. Upon getting the EPP code, forward it to the new domain name registrar you want to transfer to.
    3. The new registrar will then start the transfer process.

If your new web host is reselling someone else' domain registration services, they will do the transfer for you. If my explanation is still not clear, send me a PM and we can chat about it.

I had issues with my site.
When I asked for support -
the agent had no clue about what I was asking for
    and gave me wrong information.

then when i wrote again -
again the agent did not understand.

    i asked for a manager -
they refused to give me a a manager-
and said they would forward the issue.

    then they closed my tickets.

    again i wrote -
and a manger told me that i was being rude.

i told him that he was rude and asked for a director.

    the manager terminated my account.

I've replied your PM and explained where to find your domain name's EPP Code in cPanel's Domain Manager.
