40,000 Impressions and 5 clicks, WHAT THE HELL

    So here are the details

    Website : http://www.bluewaffle.co

    • Site Traffic - 2500 Daily visitors / 3500 Impressions
    • All traffic through Google
    • 90% traffic from USA
    • 700 Safari, 500 Android, 400 IE and 300 Firefox/Chrome browser views each

    The problem

    • 40,000 Impressions up til now at my Bidvertiser ads
    • Only 5 clicks were made
    • $4 was my earning

I just can't understand the problem, my other website with Adsense would give up about 5 clicks at 250 impressions but these numbers make me mad. ]The other website is http://www.mixupdate.com (Ad placement is a bit different though but shouldn't give this much difference)

What do you think is the problem?

Maybe mobile browser traffic, Ad placement or theme because its not Prosense or Clickbump which give more CTR could be an issue but these numbers are so different than what they should be.

why is there a blue waffle link on your sig ?

that aside, I think your site is not suitable for CPC (cost per click) yours is very good for CPM (cost per Mil - thousand) youll make more in that. hopefully.

Edit: I just saw your site and . . . dude!!!! seriously!! I never thought I would be trolled like this. Damn . . . now I need to go drown myself so that images will go away. ugh . . .

Yes and that's maybe the problem. The topic is too special... people are less inclined to click on advertising if they are really into the topic.

I earned $40 a day with adsense on a theme like mixupdate.com at the same content.

Are you kidding? Or you confused and wanted to say that your both sites have 90% traffic from PK (Pakistan)?

And this thread is advertising for your sites. Nice man :p

No I'm not kidding, maybe you don't wanna see someone with traffic from USA because you can't get it with ease.

And its not for advertizing, I'm a member here since long not a stupid who joined just this month and started babbling already.

I did notice in his other thread that his site is blocked by adsense , usually adsense block a site only if traffic is not converting, so most likely you need check if anything wrong with your traffic, why its not converting to clicks, otherwise you would want try cpm or cpv

You say you have 90% of US traffic, but by looking into your alexa ranking it most most of your site visitor are from PK, because your US ranking is very poor and where your PK ranking is good.

But again you have to compromise earning, you cannot earn anywhere else, what you were earning in adsense

Website was started 1 month back while Alexa takes almost 3 months to update so that explains why Alexa shows the traffic as PK which were all my own visits.

And yeah can't use adsense but its noy that traffic wasn't converting but because the image on the home-page wasn't blurred back then and my competitor went crying to Google.

And now requesting Google for reconsideration of that website yields stupid automated replies that are actually wrong.

giving explanation to us gives you no benefit or makes not much difference for anyone, whatever reason it is, once site is blocked in google, than they never consider unblocking, I never heard any site got activated again in google once its blocked.

So now all I would say is forget about what option you don't have, focus on what you can earn from your traffic now and try finding a google reliable network
