    Just want to ask, what is the benefits for install G+?
    Is that any plus for GA?

    Google+: you can share your favorites in between your network,friends circle. So, it helps you to increase traffic.
    No GA Plus, but there is new GA version available.

    I would rather have 100 good quality backlinks instead of 100 Google +

    I doubt however that Google + will ever out master Facebook, simply because that Facebook is so developed already
