What's the difference what the hourly rate works out to if you're quoted on completion of a full job? Do you want people to give you money back if they do it faster? Why not just agree on a price for the job to be completed and then both sides are happy? I've had Kyle work on more than one project for me in the past and he has always been professional and done great work. If he does it faster that's a bonus... not a negative. So I don't think it's fair of you to deface his profile by calling him unprofessional if you haven't even worked with him.
The reason I ask for an hourly rate is to determine if I can afford to hire someone before I invest 20 minutes explaining what needs to be done. I am not defacing anyone's profile. Infranight has sent me threats and posted on my thread in an attempt to defer this job.
