One would need more information in order to determine the value of the blog. In addition to traffic stats I would also want to know the niche, how the content has been generated, where your traffic comes from, competition in the niche, etc. I've sold some PR1 blog sites with content and traffic for up to $300.
When determining the value, these are the most important factors to consider. 1.Earnings There are different opinions as to how to use current earnings to assess a blog's value. Some say you should expect 6 - 8 months earnings as a price (i.e. a blog with a daily income of $100 would sell for between $18,000 and $25,000), while others calculate a site’s value as being 2 years of current earnings (i.e. a blog earning $100 per day would be worth $73,000). 2.Domain age 3.Number of backlinks
one of the domain with pr o got sold for $2700 at flippa.com so i want to know my blog is pr 1 and aging 2 years with good traffic.
I think value will be depends on income. How much earning from this blog? If monthly income is $30 this sites value will be $200 to $250. Invest will come back in 6 to 9 months. This is my view.
Interesting...I've often wondered about this for my site in case i wanted to sell one day....good luck whatever you decide!
its pr 2 and it made $1000 per month in 2009.still it has pr and get some traffic daily.site is 3 years old.
