Fake buyer scam (possibly)

Bought some new domain names recently to resell it with good price. I'm new in this business and the industry looks tough but exciting.

Last 2 days I'm possibly getting an email from a scammer who has shown interest in buying my domain name trafficdiary.com . I offered him $500 and he said ok but he is trying to trap me into some paid appraisal scam. He is giving me the following link

and asking me to appraise my domain name from one of the appraisal services listed there. I think the discussion there is also fake. and they clearly promoting

 http://www.ResearchAppraisals.com/ (in fact he recommended me that service in his last email directly)

Any one has any previous idea about this type of scam? Know this guy?

 

I've got the same message from the same person and I think he wants to get a fraud on the money only and will not buy anything .. I was exposed to the same thing earlier

 

Thank's for your input buddy. I'm now quite sure that he is a scam.

 

He owns the appraisal site and once you paid for the appraisal you will never hear from him again, very old scam.

 

Yeah I guessed that. Might be an old trick but it's new to me.
