Willy is it everyday that files are getting delayed if we RU from FSO to WU or its just today due to some issues because i just started Remote uploading previously i used to do web upload ...

No, it's not every day that there will be days in remote upload, but traffic to remote upload isn't something that is easily predictable.

With some patience, your files will process!

wupload should remove 30 min waiting limit bcoz of competition with many ohter filehosts or it may soon lose it charm to other new and established hosts

 

willy before 30 min limit, users download how many files they wanted without waiting any time?

i agree 30 mins is a long time cause we gotta make files bigger and that means lesser money for us how can we make money when there is a 30 min wait for each filec dont end up like hotfile or all the rest wupload wants to beat them cmon willy 10 mins is ok to wait but half hour

 

tnx emil, this is not good for us, 30 minutes is to long, the user is going to lose interest if he has to download 4-5 files, that means 2 hours to wait only for the download to kick in, then he has to wait for the download to be complete another 1 hour, 3 hours for a game or a movie is to long, users will lose interest quickly in Wupload files and download from other filehosts!

I appreciate all of the comments and concerns about the tests we've been running on Wupload, but there is a simple fact which can't be ignored:

Cutting downloads is not in our interest as a filehost or as a business!

Downloads are our metric which we use to gauge our growth, and the fact is, if downloads decrease that means we are no longer growing.

We had announced that we would be entering a test period in our weekly e-mail and on the news page last Friday, but if those changes are not necessarily permanent, I cannot give you specifics.

We still pay higher than any other filehost, provide support that most filehosts lack, and have features and benefits for our members (such as custom earning plans, free premiums and a massive promo) which attracted a lot of you over to us in the first place!

As soon as the test period is done, we will be announcing some exciting features and promos!

As always, affiliates need to be aggressively uploading new and unique material and sharing it, and you will continue to earn and earn WELL with Wupload!

First of all thank you for the answer, thats right, its not in your business to count downloads, but it is in ours, without them we will not be here. Thank you for the promos that will come wupload needs this to grow fast and keep up with the other filehosts.

 

Thanks Willy for letting know. I think you should consider new plans to affiliates like sales & re-bills plans etc along with ppd plan, this will ensure you will always get enough sales & re-bills.

 

Thanks for the suggestion, dkp. Adding new plans is always a consideration, but we are still focusing on the two plans in place.

willy plz do something about file deletion...it's inacceptable...to delete over 1000-2000 files per day...i don't think the copyright owners are making complains only to my files...it scares me when i see 1000 files deleted every day...and i loose money....

i m uploading large files and someone is copying my links to their WU accounts in 1 second:S
