Agree with saqib889. Also, are you doing any SEO to increase the page rank? If not, that would also explain why it's dropping in rank.

Yes I did some SEO to increase the backlinks. I can still find my site in google.com , but it has vanished from the top 100 pages in google.co.in

What can be the issue ?

This might be because of Google dance. Create high quality back links from different SEO sources and make sure that you have original content on your website.

is your site new? or has it been sitting on a more or less fixed spot for long time?
This will help us understad if it's just the initial dance or a true ranking update
The last index update has ruined good rankings for many many publishers...

It's quite normal for your page to jump around in the google rankings. Nothing to worry about. Especially when it's on the third page. It's not going to be affecting your earnings.

The strange thing i noticed that, my privacy URL page is on the 4th page of the google.co.in and the homepage is no where in the 100 results of the google.co.in

On the other side, on google.com my homepage is on the 6th page now.

Check your google webmaster account first and also check your content if its copied from other source then remove it.

Have you checked if you already submitted your sitemap to Google through its webmaster tool? I think it has not been indexed because your URL is not searchable in Google. Try submitting your sitemap first and let's see if it will appear on the search result.

Google updates keyword rankings very quickly. So if your keyword is on 10th or 20th position, may be after some time it will move to 100th position. You can do your own work which is SEO and leave other things on Google.

clear your browser history and cache and logout from your account and then check your ranking.
