Finally made the dive tonight. Lost a few extensions, but not the important ones. ;)

    *Love* the spell check feature.

The new tab layout will take some time to get used to, but it's smarter to have it like it is now.

I like v2 - the integrated spell checker and the auto refresh and other minor features made browsing with ease

I didn't like the "X" on each tab. If anyone else wants to put it back to having just the one "X" at the end of the tabs, like it used to be, you can do this... I found this in the firefox support forum...

Type about:config in your address bar and press enter.
Scroll down till you find browser.tabs.closeButtons and doubleclick on that line.
In the box that comes up, change the number to a 3.
    Press OK.
    Done

    :)

Hmm, I've been debating on whether or not to try out the beta. I think I'll just stick with 1.5.0.7 for now :)

Really? I just reinstalled windows last week, that means I had to install Firefox again, I'm pretty sure the site had two downloads one stable and the other was beta. : /, I'll have to go check the site out again, sorry for the stupidity :p

EDIT: Ooohhh, you were right about that, I'm installing it now :)

Well since I last posted on this thread a couple hours ago, it's crashed FOUR times. I dunno what's up with this. I'm looking to see if I can get the previous version back.

I love the new features but it's way too unstable for me.

Yeah, I got that point :). I just installed it, and it seems pretty spiffy, not much seems different from the last version, I'm sure as I use it more I'll notice the little changes that have been made

If anyone has the setup file for version 1.507 I would really appreciate it if you could send it to me. :-D

I'll help pass it out to anyone else who wants it, also.

I've got it but it's the english GB version, you can find it if you go all the way to the end of the 2.0 page and you'll see a link for archived versions.

    Otherwise, pm me your email

Just installed it about an hour ago and so far I'm loving it, it is amazingly faster than 1.5 both loading pages and starting up. And WOW, just made a typo tying this and saw the underlined mistake ...... now THAT'S COOL!
