I definitely agree with this one. I have one site who is PR 2 and I'm beaten by PR 0 in the rankings. . Sad but true. You should focus more on getting your site rank. But if you really want to focus on increasing your PR. Then leave backlinks that have High PR Page. Note: High PR Page NOT High PR Domain. Also focus on dofollow only getting PR won't matter what you use for anchor text as long as it's dofollow and High PR Page.
