    it would be good if paypal was included as an option to withdraw.

    Google aren't ever likely to use PayPal, as they don't exactly see eye to eye with eBay.
    It can be a nuisance, particularly if you're in a country that doesn't support EFT.

    Anyone know exactly how western union works? do you have to go pick up the cash yourself and sign a paper or something or can it be wired into your bank account?

    From my limited knowledge, you have to go to choose a shop which accepts it and give the person the shops details, and your name and details. You have to collect it from the shop, and have to sign for it. I believe.

    Paypal is a competitor to google checkout so they are not using it and i dont even think they will ever use it, except if paypal is bought over by google
