Dont you guys think it's be fair if google somehow first of all issue a kind of warning to adsense publishers warning them about reasons why their adsense account might possibly get disabled soon if they dont not make certain changes or look into certain things on their website that's against their policy..Instead of you working really reallyhard and then you wake up one day just to find your ACCOUNT DISABLED with all your money gone into thin air like it never even existed in the first place...

The annoying thing is that they never really tell you the real exact reason your account got disabled,,most of the time they just tell you its was due to INVALID CLICKS (which i beleive true publushers will never click on their own ads)...I just think you should be Alerted headon by Google that you website is now on Deathrow some few days b4 public execution,,they should tell you whats going wrong on your site and give you a deadline to make changes after which the account can then be gracefully disabled if the publisher is adamant and wont comply to their policy

I am writing this post today will alot of ANGER AND HEARTBREAK because earlier yesterday morning i just wokeup to find that my ADSENSE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED,,i had earnings of about $3700 which the almighty google has now taken away from me..I put alot of to earning that money,i spent alot of money on Facebook Advertisement to get traffic to my website as my website is a very resourceful niche to my target audience,i even burrow some money too with the hope of settling them when my next payment is issued,so yes now i am in debt...the painful thing is that always go the extra mile to make sure my website conforms with adsense policy and i NEVER EVER EVER EVER click on my own ads..theres no way i'll ever click my own ads when i know i have so much money at stake,so i'll be foolish to click my own ads...i just soo pissed i dont think i can continue typing cos i just get even more angry just thinking about the whole thing,,all my sleepless nights labour and sweat taken away like it was nothing,,its like someone breaking into ur home and taken away everything you have ever worked for...well as i am powerless againt the giant google and they have cleverly made sure you accepted their term n agreement that they have the right to disabled your account..there isnt much you can do,,even if you fill an appeal form and you are lucky to get your account back, you will NOT BE GETTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going against a huge corp like google just dosent sound like something i'll like to mess with,,no to mention i will eventually spend more the the $3700 i lost in the process of trying to sue them, which am never guaranteed of winning..i beleive i am not the only one that has suffered this before there must be many many people that am sure will also wanna sue...i think going against google would be best done as a group and not individual...they will frustrate your attempts

I remembered a case before where a man managed to win a suit against Google and got his money. It was mentioned on DP before. Anyone remember it?

    UPDATE: here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/aaron-greenspan/why-i-sued-google-and-won_b_172403.html

the point is whatever you put was not right!
You did you best to earn more by going against their TOS
and they did there best to ban you!

If you remain honest, they don't harm you! :)

Driving traffic from Fb ads to adsense sites, isn't it like Adsense Arbitrage? Which is not allowed, im sure. Anyway, they've got their A** covered with their TOS in your case. http://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...uide.cs&guide=25731&topic=28210&answer=178052

    Things to avoid:

Programs that may bring uninterested users to your site, such as traffic exchange programs where you purchase or trade user traffic, possibly generating invalid activity. Link farms that may artificially raise your Google PageRank.

Tricks intended to improve your site's search engine rankings, such as loading pages with irrelevant keywords, hidden text, or hidden links.

Promoting your site on third-party sites not designed for site promotion, or where such promotion is unwanted, such as classifieds or social networking sites.

So you think Google has never made any error or ever been wrong? They have been sued and lost before, so that would seem to make your assertion obviously false.

Have you read the stories Shawn has posted about adsense and Digitalpoint? Most people are banned for good cause, but to assert that it only happens that way is foolish.

I don't understand how you lost the $3,700? Did you have that much loaded into your account for purchasing clicks? I would believe that is still your money whether they ban you or not and that they cannot just keep your funds. What am I missing here?

The OP was engaging in arbitrage (who google generally frowns upon) i.e. he paid for ads on Facebook to generate traffic to his site that was monetized using adsense. Apparently he had generated $3,700 in adsense clicks when his account was disabled. Since he had paid for the Facebook traffic before receiving his earnings from google adsense, he has a loss. Having your adsense account disabled does not automatically mean they will not pay you what you had earned up until they disabled the account - that depends on why it was disabled.

There's more to this story than we're reading here. How does the OP know his $3700 is actually gone?

Facebook ads = purchasing traffic = violation of google's TOS.

Google didn't make a mistake, he was buying traffic from social networking sites. That's against their TOS, whether anyone agrees with it or not. If you disagree, use a program where it's not against the TOS.

Oh, it's gone. He broke the TOS.

Everybody on DigitalPoint who gets banned from the Adsense program constantly complains about Google "stealing" their ad revenue when it's the webmaster's own fault for not thoroughly reading the contract they are agreeing to. Google may be wrong occasionally, but I've literally NEVER seen a case here on DP, where the webmaster was right. LOL, it's always a violation they somehow "didn't see" when they signed up. Clearly, people don't read EULA's and TOS agreements.

i didnt make the $3700 in a single month,,i made about 1500 for the month of May and the rest was my June earnings..I edited my payee settings middle of june and it took a while to get the new bank account verified so google had to add up my earnings for May + June and scheduled it to be payed July 31 which made a total of $3700...asides from the $3700 i lost,my current earnings so far for this month of july was already about $500....i honestly dont think getting traffic from facebook is illegal or arbitrage..there are thousands of websites advertising on facebook daily and they all have adsense on their sites and never banned..Will you say because you have adsense on your site then you should not promote your website,,that dosent make any sense to me..After all the stress of developing of a new website from scratch,it is the joy of any web developer to finally see huge amount of people on his website enjoying the sweat of his labour and people showing appreciation for his sites content..If thats the case then i'll rather not run adsense and make my website popular..As long as my website becomes popular and gets huge daily traffic then at that time it will be very easy for me to convert my daily traffic flood into income through any other source of my choice...And the funny thing is that i have been using facebook advertisement since feburary to drive traffic to my site and google never banned me,,i preferred advertising on facebook when after i personally discovered a facebook advertisement secret that allowed me get almost 6000 to 7000 clicks on my ads for just about $20 to $25,,my cpc per click falls low to an incredible $0.00 and cpm stays at $0.01 (thats a zero cent click, its like getting facebook ad clicks for free)...so if you say google disabled me because of facebook i'll say ur wrong...i have a reason i have been pondering on since yesterday after they disabled my account as a possible reason why i got banned, and the probable reason is that about 2weeks back i purchased some gigs on fiverr (a popular site where people offer you a service for just $5) so i bought some gigs that was to give my website about 10 to 15 backlinks on some PR3 sites..i have 4 websites all running on the same adsense account(the one that got burned by google)..my fear is that maybe this was what lead to my unfortunate loss..do you guys think this is what was responsible for my ban or maybe its something else i am not aware of ??..but whatever it is i did,,I still beleive google should always give people an early warning letting you know that your activities are beginning to push you into the red zone so that you can quickly fix whatever it is they say is a treat to their policy...most of you guys are also website owners and we are all humans,we all make mistakes nobody is perfect,,it is not good for you to put so much energy ,time and money into something all to just to have it dissapear before your very eyes and not being able to do anything about it..its like being tied down on a train track and you cannot free or untie yourself and you can see this Huge train speeding down the rail about to crush you to ur death and you CANNOT do ANYTHING ABOUT IT,,But the difference here is that YOU ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO EVEN SEE OR HEAR THE TRAIN COMING AT YOU..no warning!! no signs!!,,NOTING!!...You shouldnt loose so much becos of a mistake when an earlier warning from google can make you look into what you could possibly be doing wrong and make IMMEDIATE AMENDS..and if you remain adamant and not heed to google's warning thats when google should then finally Ban you and should not even give you a chance to appeal "BECAUSE YOU'V BEEN WARNED" ,i think anyone in his or her right senses will make amends after getting a warning and at the end of the day,YOU are HAPPY & RICH,,GOOGLE IS HAPPY & RICH TOO,,ADVERTISERS ARE HAPPY TOO.....WE OWN THE WEBSITES,GOOGLE WILL NOT BE SO MUCH OF A SUCCESS WITHOUT US..thats a fact you should all keep in mind..Thank You

LOL - If you read the TOS - it says you arent any paid traffic, don't get pissed cause you broke the rules. If you just click accept/agree, this is what happens, IF in the rare case you actually havent done anything wrong, use the appeal form and give any information that can back up your case. But google can see where the traffic came from (facebook), so good luck defending your case.

Its one thing i hate when people come on complaing about they've been banned for clicking theyre on ads or not following the TOS etc.

That's unfortunate, but it's a lesson learned. That just one of the downsides to using an advertising network. You can install your own advertising system and accept paypal payments for banner ads and earn more money without them. There are plenty of ad networks and affiliate programs out there. I've actually stopped using adsense as much because I make more with other networks.

Are you sure your AdSense account was disabled?

I suffered the same issue about a month ago and I was truly mad, but sudden this tool pop-up in my way: http://onlinealley.com/seotools/googlebannedchecker/

The main domain associated to AdSense was not banned so I finally found that Google disabled my Gmail account associated to AdSense, not this account, otherwise it would be banned, not disabled.

Gmail has been facing hacking attacks and some accounts are having what they call "unusual" activity, don't ask me what kind because they didn't clarify, but after providing a code the sent me over the phone, I was able to get back both my Gmail and AdSense accounts just a few days ago.
