Please help me in this Paypal issue

    Hello Everyone,

    I am trying to link my debit card to my paypal account today but the paypal is showing the message that "Paypal cannot connect to the credit card verification system". Is there anyone else who has experienced the same problem? Please tell if you have experienced the same problem and how long you faced that problem. Please PM me regarding this issue, I need your help.

    You can add only a valid Credit Card in your indian paypal account as one can't use any indian debit cards in indian paypal account.

    You cannot use Debit card for payment. However you can use HDFC netsafe VCC for paying funds.

    Really? But I use debit card and it works just fine. Maybe it's different from one country to another.

    in my country we used here a visa debit/credit card and it works normally.try to contact the support so that they can guide you.

    IN India, it is not possible to payment with a DC with Paypal.

    In order to comply with the RBI Guidelines, Paypal's user agreement in India will be amended for the following services as follows:

    Any balance in and all future payments into your PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the goods or services; and

    Export-related payments for goods and services into your PayPal account may not exceed US$500 per transaction.

    Hey,

    The Payoneer card can be used to verify a PayPal account, however as it's a prepaid debit MasterCard you need to make sure the card has an available balance before you try adding it to PayPal (as them make a test charge to the card).

    contact your card issuer and ask them if your card is eligible to be used for paypal purpose in your country. i had the same problem once, but was solved when i contacted my card issuer.
