Selling WP Petcare website, huge potential for page 1 for 673k search phrase

I am selling my website, Hamster Care. This website previously had quite a lot of traffic when it was being updated regularly, but the site has been neglected for some time now - if you check the RSS feed, you'll see that there have been only about 3 posts made since February.

In January/February, when the site was being updated regularly, it was on the first page of google for the search term "hamster", which according to MNF has 673,000 global monthly searches. During this time the traffic was fairly high, so I've added screenshots of February's stats as well. The site got to the first page with very little promotion, so if the buyer updates the site regularly then getting back to the first page shouldn't be too difficult.

The theme is unique to this site, and was created by me. It's a customised version of a premium theme. The logo was created by a graphics designer I know. I have 2 100% unique articles waiting to be posted, these will be sent to the successful buyer.

Before I post a bid I want to ask how many unique articles do you have on that site ? I see that some articles are on articlebase.com and other article directories sites

 

That's right, some are taken from article directories. There are 74 articles altogether, and about 15-20 of those are 100% unique.

There have been a few adsense clicks, but no major income to speak of.

As you can see from the stats, the site was very popular back in Jan-March, but then I stopped updating it for various reasons, and it dropped down the search results. For someone who can update the site fairly regularly (2-3 posts per week) and play about with ad placement, the site could be a potential goldmine.
