i confused in both cause both have same performance and in price little differences. So which is best.
I've had both over the years, many AMD desktops and I now have an Intel laptop. Recently AMD's haven't performed quite as well as equivilent Intel chips, but that's reflected in the pricing. So unless you want a really high end system, you might as well save some money and go for AMD.
You are mistaken, AMD's star doesn't perform same as Intel's sandy bridge, not even by long shot. Its not cheaper than intel either. Intel's dual core Core i3 sandy bridge easily outperforms AMD 4 core Phenom II and it costs less. Only good CPU in AMD's inventory is dirt cheap Athlon II, costs less than $100 and gives awesome performance for it's price. Right now the King of the CPU market is Sandy Bridge.. May be that will change when Bulldozer (AMD's upcoming architecture) is out later this year (hopefully).
Intel sandy bridge is by far the best on the market right now. You would be crazy to even compare them or consider the Amd's. Amd's are great if you need to build a low spec server at a low price. There are a ton for sale on eBay from all of the people that upgraded to the intel's
All depending your on the use of the system. Regardless id prefer Intel, just from my persnoal experience with both.
I prefer AMD to be honest, but to be honest it's personal preference, in terms of performance they've both got pros/cons.
they are the same, in everyday life you won't notice much of a difference between them if they have similar specs, it all comes down to personal beliefs
If on for gaming and high performance wise, select AMD For display and appearance, to keep a impression among all the others, select INTEL
Yes.. Sandy Bridge developed by israel's technology is amazing for its features. and on of my friend said that Up to 17% extra CPU performance can be added and it can easily withstand the load of this types. The other bridge not to forget mentioning is IVY BRIDGE and as far as it goes, INTEL has announced a 30 % Graphical performance with 20 % CPU boost compared to the Sandy Bridge. Lets see what competition we have in between these two.
For performance, Intel is. But if you're on tight budget, choose AMD. With AMD, you can get decent computer for cheaper price.
Every body know well that Intel is the best among all the processor and the mind blowing one is I series that is I3 I4 I7 this are the best among all processors
I've got an AMD chip inside this shotty laptop I'm using right now (I've honestly used AMD-based devices more often than Intel), but I agree with what everyone here is saying: Intel is THE performance chip.
I have a MBP with a Core i5 Intel and it rocks. I also have an AMD X2 desktop and it rocks as well. I really don't think it makes much of a difference unless you're using an application that has problems on the AMD platform or are using an OS that has weak AMD support.
