"From a PM over at Warriors Forums, he told me he made his plan on how to earn $11,111 per day, delibreately vague. On December 31st he'll reveal how he did it." I see. When he originally announced his personal challenge, he promised to thoroughly document everything he did as he went along. Otherwise.. the whole challenge thing just becomes a means for pushing his affiliate links in front of more people's eyes.
Willie Crawford is well known in the internet marketing community and I DOUBT he did it to become even more famous or to create traffic to his site. This was a goal he wanted to do. And I think he will accomplish it from all his years doing business online.
Willie guy sounds like a total BS artist. Good looking sites don't make money? Why? Because everyone knows the first rule of marketing is that appearance doesn't matter?
So let me make sure I have this right, so I can follow the herd and call this guy a fraud: 1) It's humanly impossible to make $1,000,000 in 90 days, no matter how long you have been marketing or how large your list or the list of other marketers you plan on joint venturing with? 2) We are to assume that this guy is a scammer, full of BS, a liar, simply because the 30k guy didn't finish and "these things are always scams anyway," right? 3) If his blog was pretty and had no affiliate links, he's be legit? Ok, in reality the people in this thread calling him a scam or fraud don't know the guy. If he was a member here at digital point, and had 1,000+ posts, folk would probably be interested in his plan. Let's say shoemoney said he was shooting for $1 Millioin in 90 days. Would you guys be as critical? Of course not since you know him and you believe what he says about his promotions, the copy of his google check and so on is legit. Willie has people in other forums who are just as trusting about him as we are about shoe. Believe the guy or don't, I just think it's easy to shoot a guy down that you know nothing about.
What are you his wife? I looked at his blog and it is all one big affiliate marketing pitch after another. I don't know the guy from adam. I am not going to take the word of a bunch of other people I don't know from Adam defending him. Everything about his set up is fishy. He has a blog for this challenge and all it does is blantantly post affiliate link after affiliate link. It is insulting. Now he says he will reveal all his secrets on how he made 1,000,000 in 90 days after he is done. Come on. That is ridiculous. I will reveal to you how I made $10,000,00 in the same period of time. If someone from Digital Point did the same thing in the same manner he would get the same treatment. The problem is people who get respected at Digital Point don't do goofy stuff like that. Slick Willie might be the greatest marketer in the whole world. All I know is what I see, and it is silly. At least the 15k challenge was minorly beneficial as Dan walked people partially through the process he was undergoing. All Willie wonka is doing is saying "I am going to do it, I will tell you how I did it when I am done, in the meantime sign up for all these cool affiliate links that I blabber on incoherently about. If his true intent was to actually docment an attempt at making $1,000,000 in 90 days then yes having a blog devoid of affiliate links would go MILES towards credibility. It is just like Dan having a squeeze page to get to his blog. These are all lame marketer tricks that fool rubes. When you are talking to a more knowledgeable crowd it is just highly insulting. I don't care if the website is pretty, but having a blog of nothing but affiliate entries gives him zero credibility with me.
I saw this one coming you can always tell when somebody's is new to the Internet. Everybody thinks the Internet is free, is it? I want this script but, I do not want to pay for it. I want it for free. Well you have to spend money to make money. Then turnaround crying I'm not making money this is the attitude of the Internet I want it for free. It only takes common sense that anybody can’t make $1 million in 90 days unless is some type of scam. Anybody with this type of knowledge surely doesn't blab it all over the Internet. I can tell you how he made his million dollars on suckers like you who buy his products. That are as useless as tits on the board. This will be the last you see of your money.
Can you send me a url of it when your thinking of doing it lol Got to give ya some rep for making me spit my drink all over the place lol
Dude, your above comments are sophomoric. It is possible to get your point across w/o taking childish jabs. Alrighty then. So, offering something of value for free, and using that to build a list to potentially gain future business is a "lame marketer trick." Our (home) builder had a promotion offering a pretty expensive gift for anyone who visited on a particular weekend. When we got there, guess what?.. they first took down our names, phone #'s, email, home address, then they gave us a tour of the model homes and after all of that, they gave us the free gift. We eventually built a home with them so I guess we fell for their "lame marketer trick."
midwes - I think the issue is that there is no reason for his blog to exist other than to promote affiliates, when he originally claimed he would document everything he did along the way. Fine - try and make a million. Fine - tell us how you did it afterwards.. But don't insult our intelligence by claiming that the blog you have up is some sort of progress documentation, because it's not. There are lots of people starting these challenges, and they initially get a lot of traffic because there are so many newbs wanting to learn. Whether he's actually going to make a million or not, to use this tactic to so blantantly force affiliate links at people is underhand and rude.
Not really, especially when you don't have a defense other than don't pick on someone who is trying to fool and trick people into making him free money. Sorry not a big fan of people who do that. I will give him credit for just being up front with his affiliate link spam blog. I give him huge negatives for claiming it is some kind of blog to explain how he is going to make 1 million dollars in 90 days. What would you like me to call him. I refer to him with all the respect his actions have afforded him. What is he offering for free? Offering something for free that is of no real value except to trick people into making you money and then being annoyed that what you gave them is of little value? What are you saying. People can give stuff way for free if they want to. If you are trying to tell me how you are making $15,000 in 30 days.... no need to insult me by putting up a squeeze page in front of it. It is insulting. Wow, way to defend the practice. You can get free trips too if you listen to a spiel on time-shares. Who cares? That doesn't somehow make the practice respectable. Beyond all that, Wee Willie is not even offering anything for having to view his spam blog and make him money. What did I get so far from him? Nothing. He does not talk about what he is doing, he did not give me a free worthless e-book. All i got was a bunch of spam links to make him money. So he is well below all your examples, Dan and everyone else mentioned. If his intent was to actually educate and inform it would be very easy to do in a straight forward manner. He chooses not to do that, so I have to assume he is full of crap and just trying to scam people into buying from his affiliate links. No other explanation is reasonable at this point, no matter how much your Uncle Willie has told you to the contrary.
http://milliondollar90days.com/results/?p=39 His own post on why he's not saying anything. (He's watching this thread!)
LMAO. Most of his blog posts get no replies, maybe that tells you something about how "well known" he is. The guy is certainly no Shoemoney. He's just a Shoemoney wannabe.
He is not being somewhat vague, he is being 1 million percent obtuse. He isn't even giving anyone to follow. Basically is check back in 3 months to see if I did it. In the meantime buy this crap.
