Best Affiliate Program for a Newbie?

    Hi all, I've been lurking here tryin to soak up enough information before I bother you all with my questions and I really want to get into affiliate marketing. I was sorta looking for an affiliate program like Clickbank or something where you get paid commission per sale. So my question to you all is I would really prefer not to give out my SSN atleast not right away as I know it is required once you hit $600 (yes I know its safe, I just prefer not to have that info "out there") and prefer Paypal for being paid. Is there any network out there that fits my criteria? Thanks in advance all and glad to be here :D

    beside file hosting sites, clickbank or amazon is also quite good.

    ebay is also good for you and is easy to get sales with 500 , 1000 or 1500 visitors per month

    How does clickbank payout? Paypal? Check?

    Are there any filehosting websites that pay via amazon gift card? I know its a long shot, but its what I prefer.

    There is also commission junction. They have apretty good system and a ton of advertisers.

    Most US-based affiliate programs do need your SSN info. You can try Maxbounty or Neverblue, they are both canada-based and can pay via paypal. Hope that helps :)

    You could try Amazon's or CJ affiliate program, they usually accept new sites, and even free sites like Wordpress or Blogger

    Hi Njunk, Sorry if I interrupt this discussion. I post here because my post count has not been possible to create a new thread.

    @golfpro1, I'm a real newbie like TS, and I tried a blogspot to build affiliate Amazon after reading a couple of threads in this forum. I post some articles there and get clicked. Just no conversions so far. I curiously want to know how to make a good article. Please advice me.
