I must admit, since I've started my site (mid-June) I've been focussing on Google, but I recently noticed a big jump in yahoo (from around 150 to #3). I'm curious, since I didn't really change anything, why I might experience such a big jump? I would expect something like this from Google if I were to get out of the sandbox, but I thought Yahoo didn't have a sandbox?
I just checked my server logs and my traffic from Yahoo is up around 350% on my biggest site today. Hope this is long term
My sites dropped. I also noticed that Yahoo reverted back to older versions for some of my pages. Perhaps the update is still happening
I recently had a huge jump in yahoo. One day i get little to no yahoo traffic then i check my stats the next day and nearly 80% of my total traffic was from yahoo. Very nice to see if i might say, And do hope its perm.
There was a big jump for my main keyword to #3 for me too. The only problem is that this is only when I search from Germany. I think I should buy a server in the USA the next weeks.
It seems they updated their algo.. Look at the big jump for Yahoo in the my new experimental tool : Search Engine Update Monitor
