I am thinking about starting facebook ads, but I am not sure if it is efficient. WHat do you think? Anyone tried it with success? Better or worse than adwords? Price is too high or is it good?
Yes. It is work. I was used Face book for my website Marketing and it was successfully working. I think price is good. You take a tour in Face Book. Thanks
This is what I do with Facebook to keep the price down. You could make a fan page, and use the CPM not Cost Per Click. Yes, you'll have to pay, but you can get really low clicks doing it this way. Pick a subject you like and make an ad asking people "click the "Like" if you like or love ....." but instead of directly marketing to people, ask them to like it at first. Post some great videos from YouTube related to your niche, keep them entertained and every now and again throw in a product that relates to your topic. Make sure you set a limit on your ad though when it comes to advertising. I like to start with $2 a day to see if it's going to be worth my money. If it isn't showing many likes, I stop the ad. I watch it very closely so I'm not throwing money away. Anyway, with Facebook you can have a very targeted audience. You can take the most popular websites in your niche and look them up on Quantcast.com to find out what the audience is for that niche and target that within Facebook. You don't want to target thousands of people though, a good number to shoot for is between 20,000 and 50,000.
Facebook ads convert extremely well when you put a hot girl in the photo. If your business has to do with golf, then put a picture of hot girl playing golf. Conversation rate went through the roof when I did that.
Facebook works well if used appropriately just like any kind of advertisement you place out there. Some time back people were even insinuating that facebook traffic is going to surpass Google. Even if its not true, its a sign that facebook is getting millions of searches everyday and you might want to get your own share while it last.
If you are going to use FaceBook ads, be sure that you use the proper keywords. In my ads, I make sure I use one keyword from each of my three groups if I can. They are: 1. Highly Competative 2. Medium Competativeness--These are slightly longer tailed. 3. Long Tailed--These are not as competative but are the most targeted. Keywords from all three of these groups will bring you traffic in different ways. Here is how: Keywords from group one are the most competative. Because these are the most competative, it will take longer for your traffic to get to you; however, your traffic will get there eventually. Keywords from your second group are still in the competative range. But because they are not as competative, your traffic will reach you quicker. Finally, you have your long tailed keywords. These will bring you traffic before the other groups do because these are the least competative. People using these keywords are searching for something that they really wish to target. And at this time, they are really sure what they want. I hope this helps.
Hi, I am agreed with WaldorfPC. In addition, fB is a high ranked site any backlink from it always beneficial.
Yes, Facebook ads program is very useful. But, remember every technique always do not work properly for all. Just do some test and decide which is best for you? If you can best use that place, then you will win the game.
I am generally not too optimistic with Facebook traffic; but it will be useful to boost your fanpage likes. One thing I like is the demographic targetting where you can target male/female and age group. Overall, Adwords is still the way to go when it comes to sales conversion, unless you are doing CPA offers which seem to work well with FB.
obviously facebook ads works. i almost clicks 5 ads per day. ads in facebook is really cool and you will love to have plenty of users joining your company via faebook ads. i think beauty tips ads are more working this days in facebook as number of ladies are increasing in facebook.
Facebook works if you have the right niche, an intelligent approach and use the targeting features. You MUST test ads on a small scale, or else you will lose your @$$.
Short answer = yes. Facebook ads are a great investment, you simply can't get better targeted traffic. When you setup a Facebook ad you can really narrow down specifically what type of people see your ad and the price is descent especially considering how extremely targeted the traffic is.
To my personal experience , i think it works man , but for me though , i put those adds for my fan pages only and it did work .
