First select the link/ankor text by dragging and rightclick, click on 'view selecton source'.It will show the html code of selected text part. There check in <a> tag, there is 'rel=nofollow' or 'rel=dofollow'.This notation can give the idea that link is dofollow or nofollow.

Right click on highlighted link and you will get there is option for view selection source, select this option after that you will get source code of that page. Here you can see that link is dofollow or nofollow. If there is written nofollow then this link is nofollow and if nofollow is not written there then this link is dofollow.
It is very easy idea to know any blog or web site if it is nofollow or do follow. I usually check from view source code - it is more authentic. ismail - this is khalil

Do-Follow allows a vote of reputation that the website that has a link to your site is as if saying "I believe this site to be what it claims and is relevant to the keywords they're claiming to be of value." No-Follow ...sends no vote score, you get a link on their site but no-vote score. So it's as if they're saying "We have a link here but we don't back it, we don't vouche for it. I use the Affilorama SEO toolbar for Firefox. It shows me if a link is a do follow or a no follow. SEOQuake toolbar add-on is also helpful. Hope that helps. Have a good day!
