    What about the domain and hosting? As obviously most people can get a decent WP theme for free.

    You have to buy the domain and hosting. He just installs WP for you and gets commission when you buy hosting.

    Jonathan, he is requiring you to purchase your hosting through his affiliate link. (It has cPanel, so his install is quick :~) ...then there are upsells available for customization.

    If anyone has a theme and needs it installed, that's also doable and there will be no additional cost. :)
    However if you are looking for a complete customized wordpress site/blog then it will be charged as mentioned in the post
