filesonic was the major booom in filesharing.. but sometimes issue in FTP.

 

My friend, Jimbo was not a bit helpful.

All i want is a answer from Hish, who is a staff member of Filesonic, i think. He has replied to every single kind of doubt in this thread, except mine. Even if he doesnt have an answer to my problem, he should say it, and not just ignoring the messages while answering the same kind of other stuff over and over again. I am a Filesonic premium member.

And by the way, i wasn't the one who didn't answered in a helpful way or well mannered way, Jimbo did. If you want to be coherent, your advice should be redirected to him, and not to me.

Now, can i just have a simple answer from the Filesonic staff, please...?

Used to upload via US FTP but since there's a problem i changed to EU FTP and it seems fine until today i change it back again but no luck, files didn't save. Guess i'm not alone?

 

Sorry, did I missed some news ? What exactly is this free premium ?

Happened to me once also.

 

Something very strange happened on my Filesonic page. All my Playsonic datas disappeared (except the name of my level).
My Gamer Tag, my Rank, my Credits... all disappeared. What's happening?

Wait 10 minutes.

 

You know something...
After 10 minutes my datas came back. Nowdays there are interesting bugs at Filesonic.

p.s.: I tried your method on my earning stats too, but it's not working there. There is zero sale on my daily stat, I waited 10 minutes, but the number didn't change...

 

Guli, this also happened to me before. The trick works with the Playsonic credits, but not with sales

 

"We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xxx.xx.xxx.xx) and have been temporarily blocked."

What to do here? I tried to type in the captcha but nothing happens? Any help please?

Please check with software developers/support as out upload features work. Might just be a small software update you are missing.
Also remember this is a thread for affiliates to HELP each other as well, Jimbo said what I said in a slightly different way
All in all his intentions were to help you get an answer/solution to your problem faster (as I wasn't able to reply until now)
