From last some days I m little confuse about Blogger and paid hosting?

I have some good articles, niche etc.

But, I am confused I should use blogger or paid hosting?
I prefered paid hosting with domain. But one of my friend (affiliater) asked me to use blogger or word press. His blog link popularity is 2000(acc to submitexpress site). He never paid for hosting domain etc. but earning good income.
Thats motivate me to start new niche with blogger or wordpress.

But my another friend spent too much for paid hosting, domain. But, he did't get any PR to any site and LP=0, not too much success.

Blogger or word press is free, with RSS feed etc. BUt we cannot run some scripts on blogger or wordPress. and have some security.

On the other hand, I have to pay every year for hosting and domain.

    2. I see some person on DP or Associateprogram or on others forum who's domain or whole site are hacked by hackers or web hoster. Their all works gone to hell.

So, post here all the advantages or disadvantages of Blogger or Word press and Domain + Paid hosting according to your experiences.

I can afford paid hosting + domain.
BUt the matter is which one is best? and for which one should I have to use?

    Sam is confussed, solve it:confused:

There's no free meal,it's not delicious if there is.

I would recommend you use paid hosting.
Blogger.com is not stable,it's always down these days.
    You can't edit the template,upload plugins,ect. if you choose Wordpress.com .

I'd recommend namecheap.com for domains and hostgator.com for hostings.

Blogger isn't good when you go advance. WordPress.com doesn't support most codes, so it is not good either.
My advice is to get a hosting, whether free or paid, and get your very own domain name.
Then get a copy WordPress and start your own blog with full control.

By default, WordPress comes with various feeds.
That is to say, feed is built-in wordpress.
    So don't worry about that.

and technically, you could make decent money just using blogger. But you will get to the point where you'll want greater control with your own domain

If you are convinced go with your own domain + hosting using wordpress. You will take a bit longet to get a return on investment since you will have domain and hosting costs but, at least you will be sure that they won't delete your blog.

Question...if you host your blogger blogs on your own domain...and your blogger blog were to removed by google...would the blog you had been hosting on your own domain still be there?

If you are just pointing it to your domain, you will lose your posts. On other way, if you are publishing it to your ftp, your can have all your posts on your server in the form of HTML files.

You should definitely go for paid hosting + wordpress for blogging.

You can find some video tutorials on domains and hosting procedures here - http://businessattitude.com/learning-resources/
