Paypal and Credit Card

    If someone opens a New Paypal Account and then add a Credit Cards and then make a Paypal to Paypal Amt Transfer , can he file for chargeback after 45 days with his card issuer ??

    I am not sure about your question.
    I think you're asking about the PayPal opening fees.
    If that is the case, you still need to verify your account with your local bank and get 4 digits as per requested by PayPal.
    This might be the best way to confirm you are the card holder.
    Correct my if I am wrong.

    Lets say ABC customer opens a NEW Paypal account.

    Then he adds his Credit Card to the Paypal account.

    Then he transfers 100$ to XYZ from paypal to paypal.

    After 45 days , he calls his Credit Card Company and Files for Chargeback ?

    Can he file for Chargeback as amt was Transferred from Paypal to Paypal ?

    As far as I know,he only can open a dispute in 45 days

    CC Balance is Credit Card Balance, he meant he send the money via paypal without deposite, taking directly from Credit card

    Can he Transfer Balance form CC to Paypal and then Pay through Paypal ?

    I mean TopUp and then Paypal to Paypal ?
