Alright I have 3 burst net VPS accounts ... Anyhow how pay something like 110ish a month to keep them alive. Was late to make the payment by 1 day. All VPS are terminated and I have opened 2 tickets in the last 48 hours and one before the payment was due and nothing. I just paid them the money yesterday looks like they have taken my money and ran. What can I say besides I ... . btw DP MODS I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.
This is just an update .. they have decided to suspend the other active VPS because I made a dispute on paypal.
Yep, if you make disputes on PayPal, they suspend your account. Out of curiosity, why would you make a dispute? They did nothing wrong. You were the one who was late on your payment. A dispute would make sense if they did something wrong, but that isn't the case here. What am I missing?
I paid them the money after being 24 hours and also the late fees and also told them I will pay the other fees if they made the invoice for it.
If you paid the money and late fees, they should definitely re-instate your account. But now that you have filed a dispute, I think you're pretty much finished with Burst...permanently. They aren't going to take you back.
Interesting....for me this is not the web hosting fault. I second WSWD. Perhaps the web hosting company should tolerate a bit...just my opinion. If I were the web hosting company, I'll give a notification before terminate any account. That should be better.
Actually, I agree with WSWD, Its always important to read the TOS before just checking the box. It most likely says in the TOS that they will terminate accounts etc. Also, if they use whmcs as a billing system, the OP wouldve recieved payment reminder emails.
I am i filed a dispute 3 days after I paid the money and had no response. I am done with burst net for sure. But, they did not full fill their part of the service. 3 days no reply to support ticket and nothing happening what would you do?
I find it EXTREMELY difficult to believe that they terminated your account the day after it was due anyway. There is something you aren't telling us. Burst does have an account here now (fairly new), so hopefully they will see this and help provide the entire story. This is from their TOS: They don't suspend your account until 5 days after it's due, and terminate your account after 7. What are you not telling us?
Dude I dunno I am so done with them. I really am telling you everything I opened a ticket 3 days later no response ... and so i got worried and opened a dispute they still have not responded to that ticket. Nothing else just letting everyone about what happened to me. that is it.
