How do I make a wordpress blog without the xxx.wordpress.com domain name and use my own hosting?

just goto http://wordpress.org/download/

down load it,

un zip it

and upload it to your domain

and a data base

sit back

and

BLOG

or if you have cpanel, just use Fantastico to install it in seconds

 

this is the best option IMO. Easy as can be.

yes your right my freind, this is what i have done You change your name servers to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com the only thing is.... It is accually better to install wordpress on fantastico and cpanel as you can install your own skin ect... also add extenstions written in php ect..

 

All good web hosts should have fantastico already.
