    Hello,

    I want to sell a PR5 Website (high search volume keyword domain name) which runs on user generated content. (Please PM me for the Domain Name). The site is a few months old. After heavy promotion and link building, the site has got PR5 but the person who use to manage has gone away now.

    I can provide dirt cheap (as low as $0.04) adwords keyword to advertise the site to get users to submit content.

    Site coding and management was done a friend of mine who went abroad recently for a day job (that's one reason why I am selling this website).

    Reason for Selling: No time to manage it.

    What is included in the Sale:
    1. PR5 Domain Name
    2. Site Database and Files
    3. Some high search volume but very cheap Adwords keywords to advertise the website.

    2. Site Earning: Negligible as I have not fully monetized it yet.

    5. Maintenance Cost: Only hosting. But you can hire someone to approve the submissions or you can simply auto approve all submissions.

    site doesn't load.....also DP stats showing domain as PR0 not PR5, have you put in the wrong domain??

    The site earning is negligible for now as I have stop the ad campaign and I have not put up proper ads.

    The site domain is NOT will-you-in-pm.com. That was suppose to say will tell you in PM but I got it wrong.
