DP forum just add the google plus button today

    I noticed that DP forum just add the google plus button today, and im the first person + it.
    Anyone already add the plus button on your website? and do you think it gonna have big effect on your SERP?

    If you want to be one of those heavy guys, you will need to act first :)
    but ofcourse I myself didn't add the button myself.

    Shawn,

    I'm interested to know, what are you doing to mitigate any slowdown caused by the +1 button? I've read complaints from some webmasters about it causing big increases in page loads. We implemented it one our own forum however we've since temporarily removed it due to the slowdown it was causing.
