It must just be me. If others hadn't been paid last week, I'd think there would be post about it? I don't usually keep up with it because I know CB will pay on time. I sent them an email\ticket to ask what's up and they will be the best source. Sill curious, just me huh? Maybe they got jealous cause I started selling my product on Paypal and by pass their high fees. haha Joking, I did but just joking about the jealousy. My account shows activity for period ending 6/29 but the following week, there is no entry at all. I'm still set to weekly.
Direct deposit for about a year now. Check every week. Then suddenly, nothing and no word from them that I saw. Sent a ticket, still waiting.
I waited two or three days and got this in reply to my ticket. I don't know why people here rant and rave about CB's customer support. Every time I've ever contacted them I get a BS canned answer. They don't look at the account. This person gave me two two week canned answer and I've been weekly direct deposit for almost a year: They have canned answers that are not even accurate?
Oh yeah, they have a one week delay. Even if you're paid weekly, you're paid two weeks later. I had a week with zero sales, unusual but I had one. I think that is it.
Cb always pay, don't worry, it's just a matter of days, but you will get you money, that's for sure, i always get my money
