By popular demand, phpLD now offers a Classified Version! What makes the phpLD version special is the use of Link Types. Let’s illustrate how this is powerful: 1. Home for Sale - when submitting they have the relevant fields like price, square footage, number of bedroom and bathrooms in a drop down list, etc. 2. Car for Sales - we have fields like make, model, year, pictures of the car, etc. In the admin panel, the assignment of link types to categories is handled in a similar way to deep links. By default, if nothing is chosen, then ALL link types are available. Otherwise, you can assign the link types you create to the given category, so that people can only submit the correct item to the correct category. While we are calling this the “Classified†version of phpLD, there is plenty of room for using it for other purposes too. You could have a category for links, a category for articles, and a category for videos. But in summary, you have control over the content that will appear in each category like never before. I just installed this and I am impressed . Need to get some themes done now It has some good options, one I like is the ability to add differant fields to differant product types. Looks like Yorkshire is going to get a new FreeAds
Thanks, guys! Yes, the script is well received so far and they have sold well out of the gate. We do need to follow up with some templates, agreed. We just implemented the classified template on www.amazingvideos.me too. We also have a new script coming out next week.
It's definitely in the pipe. We have some little issues still we are working through on that. "Part" of the new article script will include what you see here on Business Plexus.
That's a nice looking site. Yes, we made even more progress overnight, but I think we are still a week or two away. We have one more script to release first, that seems will be pushed to early next week as it is looking now. Then we are ready to proceed with the next article version (which may not follow the exact same model as the first, but not far from it).
