    Seems a good site. Just put your banner ad correctly. I didn't even noticed it till the time i was going to close the site. But all other ad placements are good. Just try changing their places to see the best ad position.
    Overall, a good site.

    design is good. i suggest to change the background though to a solid color and organize the content and links more. think that's all

    overall is good
    clean, neat navigation, cool blue in the header and footer background
    what's font type you use in the words PakiISP.com? I just don't like it, better you choose fat font type like Impact
