Yes, Off-course We are using social media like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, to bring traffic for my site. And also produce a good result.

 

As for me Facebook increased traffic on one of the websites - but entertainment only, and small effect on business websites, guess because more people are interested, as to twitter I'm now trying to increase followers and I als have a Goggle+ account hope it'll work great
