    I think filesonic should consider limiting storage space of accounts like 10TB for premium 1TB for free. If anyone need additional space let them buy extra space (data packs).

    Current situation is that more than 80% of space is occupied by few users and other users cant even upload & store few GB without problem.

    well, something is obviously going on. probaby a mix of some hardware failures which caused a loss of files to some accounts and some bugs in programming which caused some glitches in the interface GUI.

    i am sure that by the end of the weekend everything will be just fine. i have never once been disappointed with filesonic.

    there should be a limit for maximium storage space, else people would go crazy and upload tons of files which are no of no good

    Yes its true some use more than 10TB storage space, also makes many copies of files using copy function. This way most of server's space is occupied which will affect server performance, may result in file corruption, unable to upload new files etc problems.

    Limiting storage will force users to upload only useful stuffs also reduces server load to a great extent.

    FILE DELETION

    We had not been aggressively enforcing our file deletion policy for free users files (30 days), but in response to the issues we have been dealing with, we had to begin enforcing it.

    However, there was a glitch which deleted files which were not scheduled for deletion - but don't worry! We will be restoring them!

    Be patient and they will be reactivated.

    STATS COUNT

    We are aware of the stats discrepancies affiliates have been noticing.

    Do not worry, all of the stats are processing fine and none of them have been lost - we are fixing the issue and you will see an accurate accounting of them soon.

    hey, I had over 1600 files, so now I have 280 files, what is the wrong? why? my stat is terrible.

    all my RU files stuck at "Successful" but no download links for hours!!!

    i am getting sleepy waiting for the links to appear :/

    seems like this weekend going to be like this.. :( waiting patiently for the fix.. :(

    I'm having problems with filesonic in the last few days, like files missing from my account, and problems like slow uploading and such.

    The last one was just a few moments ago.

    I uploaded a file, apparently it was fine (100%), but when i try to acess it, it says "file deleted", and i didn't deleted it for sure...

    And no, it wasn't a FTP upload, it was via multiupload batch uploader.

    Im a premium user, so my files shouldn't have been deleted. I'm not very satisfied about this situation and i wish you could adress the ongoing issues in the main page of filesonic site... I won't be upload to filesonic until all the problems are corrected.

    Will these "deleted files" ever return to my acount?

    My last "deleted file" is back, and i thank you for that, but other 2 files uploaded in the last few days via multiupload aren't.

    One wasn't even uploaded and the other one was was uploaded but not to my account.

    FTP (Europe server) is still down.
