As far as article submission is concerned I would suggest you to lean much more on producing only unique content. You need to understand that article marketing is not as effective as it once was after the recent Google update. If you really want to see genuine result from article marketing you would have to submit only unique article upon each submission. When submitting the same article trough different sites those links that you get from those articles tend to be not high-quality which is not going have much of an impact on your ranking.
You have no limit on article submission. However, do watch out the rules and regulation of each article submission site. You might need to edit your content according to the rules.
You can post the article at minimum 10 websites and maximum as you wish. But care about the two sites means ezinearticle and buzzle.com.
There is no any well defined limit of number of same article content to submit article sites. You can submit same article to any number of article sites so that you can create great backlinks for your website.
You can submit it on 40-50 Article sites but try to use high quality websites having high PR. And Please check the IP address of every article website should be different.
When you do atricle submission, check out when the "Archive" the atricle time (< 6 months) and if the site is a "NoFollow" site.
