can someone tell me about the ftp problem...? I mean I can connect to the FTp but I have incredible slow speed...
It's my isp or it;s the FS website? Usually I upload with 300 Kb but now I only upload with 30...

Please check up on sales stats.
Either the whole world went on vacation or something is wrong.

 

many users have complained about slow download speed using free account, i think its the reason for sales drop for many users.

just wait guys, i know its hard but we cant do anything, hish and other technic guys know that problem and working hard to fix them.

hello i have a problem, when i try to upload via FTP.EU.FILESONIC.COM it connects me to some US or CA ftp so upload speeds are terrible slow. Im from Czech Republic (middle europe) and im all time connected to 199.101.132.87 US ftp 199.101.132.86 US ftp or 74.117.177.219 CA ftp 74.117.177.218 CA ftp. Please give me EU filesonic FTP IPs so i can directly connect to them. Posted this just to make clear my previous post. Thanks

 

i understand there is or might be problem like everywhere..s...t happn..but its like already 3 days almost with bigger or smaller problems with ftp.
and there is no info on main official site, no answers on mails from support.
Also as i wrote before -today at morning around -8hours from now ftp worked fine, i uploaded some file's...
2hours later ftp dead again..and what i see problem with connection is still.

I understand ppl who are trying to help from fs side on forum..but so far we know nothing or not much
"we are trying to fix problem" we are working on it" "technical support trying to fix" etc etc..
for me its kinda not enough...i can wait its no problem, but how long..1 more day 2 more days..

and ps
maybe give us some extra promo "3 days 100%"

remote-upload not working!

today morning and yesterday, the file downloaded and the status was pending for hours but now its not even trying to download from source.. for long time and still...

waiting for the fix

EDIT : In Progress for long time and then successful and THEN link showing up!

takes more than 3 hours to show the link... hope everything goes back to normal soon..

 

It is very funny to have a filehost were you can't upload files .. I have sales from the past files but this can't last for long, I mean we came close to 3 days and ftp and web upload are down...
This can't happen to a file host!

Hi guys,

We are aware of the issues with the upload functions mainly on the FTP side. We should be getting a bunch of servers
ready and installed in the very near future.

Ideally we would never have any upload issues as some of you mentioned, but sometimes it is very difficult to forecast
the influx of files we will have. One thing we can promise is that we are doing our best as we always have to fix the issues
and getting all the necessary hardware to keep our service the best in the filehosting world.

From my side this "mainly on the FTP side" does not exist. I have problem with upload, doesn't matter if is web or ftp...

Edit: The ftp is working now but with very slow speed, but is 100% better that with no speed

Edit 2 (very quick after Edit 1): The ftp is not working again...

 

The remote upload feature is not working too.
