    Ashish, actually Alexa traffic depends on how many visitor of your site have Alexa toolbar installed. So you can say that the Alexa traffic doesn't reflect genuine count.

    You may manipulate, but its tough because people mayn't be interested to install toolbar of your choice and its not mandatory that people who use to visit your site should have Alexa toolbar installed in their browser.

    Just wondering, why would you bother about the Alexa rank? It says nothing everyone knows that. You can better spend your time and money at SEO what really matters.
