    Privacy Policy is not Required for any Well Know Scripts, unless they involve huge amount of modifications that seek user inputs. When I Applied for adsense, i did not had any privacy policy on the site i put for review. And it was a WP Site. I Have rarely Moved out of Wp and Phpld. So I never had the need to add a privacy policy.
